Mattamy Homes will be building a new home community on an 88-acre property, known as The Quarters at Queen Creek. It is located northwest of Gantzel Road and Combs Road in Queen Creek, Pinal County. Mattamy Homes is also developing Empire Pointe, a 153 acre property on the north side of Empire Road between Signal Butte and Gary Road in Queen Creek.
